At Customsneakers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique footwear; if your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that fully customized or personalized sneakers are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the sneakers in their original, un-damaged shoebox and pack them into a secure shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
